Rates ...Signature Pocket Savings Plan Our Signature Pocket Savings Plan is designed for clients that require our full range of services for an ongoing long term basis. This plan saves you even more! Together we will discuss your needs and design a service plan that suits your personal situation. We go to extra lengths with our Pocket Plan Analysis (optional) which provides an assessment of your current situation and includes recommendations on additional services and options that would best fulfill your needs but the final decision is yours. Contact us to discuss the Signature Pocket Savings Plan. Retainer Plans Retainer plans are a set number of hours per month that is allocated to your business. They can be used throughout the month as needed for your projects. If you exceed your allotted time the additional hours will be charged on the next month’s bill at the contracted price. Hours cannot be carried forward if unused. 10 hours @ 10% off 20 hours @ 15% off 30 hours @ 20% off 40 hours @ 25% off
Hourly Pocket When you have a smaller project that requires implementing our 'by the hour' option gives you flexibility to use as much or as little of our services as needed. Services start at agreed contract rate plus materials (if any). After the minimum charge, time is then charged in 6 minute increments (based on the hourly rate). Invoices are issued upon completion of work and payable upon receipt.
Project Pocket Services can also be quoted by project. A fixed price will be provided on the hourly rate and approximately how many hours are required to finish the work. A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of all projects. Invoices are issued and remaining payment is due in full upon delivery of work. Last minute Rush Assignments or projects requiring a turnaround of less than 24-hours, weekend and/or holiday work will be subject to a supplemental 20% fee. Referral Rewards We appreciate your business, therefore for each client you refer to the BACK POCKET BUSINESS SOLUTIONS who uses our services, receives a $30 credit towards services from the Back Pocket Business Solutions. Additional Expenses The following is a list of expenses that are not covered in the fee structure. This includes but is not limited to; long distance charges, courier charges, mailing costs, travel time, travel expenses if site visit is requested, any 3rd party costs, specialty paper and specialty software. |
